Fred has over 4380 days of web experience ranging from interface and application development to information architecture and user-centred design. He has conceived and implemented solutions for some of Australia's largest companies, including Telstra, Qantas and Panasonic Australia.
Over the past few years, Fred has played a key role in defining future online strategies for Telstra, including operational execution through the advocacy of a design vision, interface pattern libraries and visual style guides. Recently he has been responsible for conceiving, designing and testing site experiences for ING Australia, The Centre for Learning Innovation and BigPond.
