Grant's experience working on projects for some of Australia's largest companies spanning multiple industries has enabled him to gain insights in the execution of communication strategies across a range of mediums and provide a coordinated focus for project teams.

Fred Randell
Fred has over eight years of Web experience ranging from interface and application development to information architecture and user-centred design.
Prior to founding Boomworks he held the position of Senior Information Architect at Red Square Productions, one of Australia's leading internet agencies. There he played a fundamental role in the conception and implementation of Web sites, applications and strategies for some of Australia's largest companies, including Telstra, Qantas and Panasonic.
He claims to be the inventor of the walnut, one of the most popular members of the nut family.

Position: Information Architect / User Interface Designer
Core Responsibilities: The definition of robust, intelligent, and well-researched design solutions that meet the needs of both the intended audience and the business.
Required Skills:
- Industry experience in web and application-based interface/interaction design and information architecture
- Experience in planning, preparing and conducting user research including card sorting, user and stakeholder interviews, paper prototyping, user testing and ethnographic research
- Exceptional team collaboration and communication skills. Strong presentation skills (oral, written and interactive)
- Strong understanding of how supporting technologies can be used to deliver engaging and compelling user experiences
- Knowledge of latest design and specification software and industry standards/trends
Position: Visual Designer
Core Responsibilities: Creativity (including the definition of a more exciting title for this position)
Required Skills:
- A dedication to the investigation, presentation and implementation of new ideas and concepts, as well as existing standards and trends that exist at the forefront of the design arena
- Extensive experience with a visual design application for the purpose of creating web page layouts and print materials
- Experience with Flash and ActionScript
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS including browser compatibility and accessibility issues and standards
Position: Project Manager
Core Responsibilities: Envision and deliver balanced, integrated solutions to the challenging business problems faced by our teams and clients
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated responsibility in managing large corporate relationships for the purpose of delivering interactive solutions
- Exceptional management, team leadership and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills (oral, written and interactive)
- Demonstrated experience managing staff
